Zeone Store makes available on its Website, in a clear manner, the total price of each good or service, including taxes, additional transportation charges, postal or delivery charges or any other charges that may be applicable.

  Zeone Store cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer, manual, technical or other error causing a substantial change not foreseen in the retail price shown on the Zeone Store Website, so in cases where this is exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and annulled and the Customer will be informed accordingly.

  The prices and products available on the Zeone Store Website, as well as promotional campaigns and offers, are only valid for purchases made through the Zeone Store Website.

For the convenience of the Customer, Zeone Store offers the following means of payment for products and/or services on the Zeone Store Website:

Within the scope of this functionality, Zeone Store uses the latest technologies to protect confidential information and does not have access to the Customer's credit card details, in compliance with applicable legislation.

   All the products on the Zeone Store website are available to order. However, the products available on the Zeone Store Website have limited stock and may therefore become unavailable.

  In the event of unavailability due to lack of stock, the Customer may still order the product, taking into account the unavailability of the item at the time of ordering, delivery may take longer than an order with items in stock.

  The Customer is informed whenever a product available on the website is out of stock, and the same happens when they access their Shopping Cart and an out-of-stock item is added.

   All content and information contained in the Zeone Store and its subdomains are the property of Zeone Consulting, Lda. or have been licensed to it and therefore the use, reproduction, copying and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos, or intellectual property, contained therein is subject to its prior authorization by Zeone Consulting, Lda. in this regard.

  The Customer must comply with the contractual and legal conditions applicable to the products sold on the Site, in particular with regard to the use of intellectual rights, copyright and related rights, personal use rights regulating copies, reproduction, rentals, etc. Zeone Store cannot be held responsible for any improper use that may be made of these Products.
